Trust under Pressure

The non-malicious realization of crossing integrity and risk borders when one's mental standards are weak or underdeveloped. How to lead the mental capability for robust trust.

About the talk

Trust is based on a set of 'puzzle'pieces that cannot all be mastered by one person. Realizing one's internal trust-integrity-risk standards under challenging, new situations and environments drives a gap closure tactic and/or team selection protocol. Leaders who focus on the mental mechanisms of others will pinpoint which of the trust elements needs extra strength be this physical, emotional, psychological, etc. Pressure is not just the escalation of something leading to emotional and energy pressure from depletion, but also dealing w3ith the volatile, ambiguous, incomplete situation. This session brings brain science with very practical, easy and rapid deployment for solutions.

About Peter Jaehne

Ensuring that the Mental Dimension aligns with set goals

I did not come to mindset and leadership as abstract concepts. I came to them through lived experience, hard lessons, and the realization that performance begins in the mind.

Over time, I saw how unspoken mental pressure quietly shapes decisions, culture, and strategy. That realization changed how I lead and how I live.

Today, I speak about mental health, leadership, and strategy as deeply connected forces. When leaders understand their own patterns, they lead with more clarity and steadiness.

When teams feel psychologically strong, strategy gains traction. My work invites honest reflection and practical action.

I create space for real conversations about resilience, responsibility, and growth, helping leaders step forward with greater self awareness and stronger direction.
