Say Yes to Yourself: From Procrastination to Permission
Most women spend their lives saying yes to everyone else — their families, their bosses, their colleagues — while endlessly postponing themselves. By overthinking decisions and convincing themselves that what they want can wait, they slowly abandon their own curiosity, courage, and confidence. But burnout begins when we repeatedly ignore what we know to be true for ourselves and start living lives that look successful on the outside while feeling deeply misaligned on the inside. In this opening session, Chantelle Botha invites women to return to the most important question of their lives: What do I truly want? Through honest storytelling, gentle provocation and powerful exercises, Chantelle shows how moving from procrastination to permission is not selfish - it is the foundation of a life that actually feels like your own. Because when a woman says yes to herself, her relationships, opportunities, and quality of life begin to change.
Courageous Enough to Act: Breaking the Stories That Keep Women Small
Many women know exactly what they want — they’ve simply inherited stories that taught them it was dangerous to want it. Stories about being agreeable. Being realistic. Being grateful. Being chosen. Over time these beliefs quietly shape decisions, relationships, and opportunities, keeping women trapped in patterns that no longer serve them. In this keynote, Chantelle Botha explores the hidden relationship between shame, conditioning, and courage. Through honest storytelling, behavioural insight, and practical reflection, she challenges women to confront the stories that once protected them but may now be limiting them. Because liberation doesn’t happen the moment we recognise the story. It happens the moment we stop living by it. KEY OUTCOMES • Recognise inherited beliefs and hidden patterns shaping your choices • Identify where fear, shame, or conditioning are limiting opportunity • Build courage to challenge the stories keeping you small • Leave with one liberating action that moves you toward what you truly want
Confident Enough to Lead: Creating Stronger Relationships Through Honest Leadership
Many women spend years adapting to what relationships, workplaces, and the world expect from them. They become experts at reading rooms, managing expectations, and keeping the peace. But eventually, performing becomes exhausting. In this keynote, Chantelle Botha explores what happens when women stop shrinking themselves and begin leading from who they truly are. Through powerful stories, practical tools, and honest reflection, she reveals how confidence is not something we perform — it is something we embody. Because stronger relationships are built when our actions begin matching our truth. KEY OUTCOMES • Recognise where performance has replaced authenticity • Understand the role of relational integrity in leadership and life • Learn practical ways to communicate and lead more honestly • Leave with a personal commitment to lead from a more fully owned self

About
Chantelle Botha is an international speaker, coach, and author known to her clients as “The Catalyst.” She helps women move from procrastination to permission by helping them become curious enough to question, courageous enough to act, and confident enough to lead. Most of her clients discover that the moment they stop procrastinating on what they truly want, their relationships, opportunities, confidence, and quality of life begin to change. She leads the Phoenix DeShame Project, an ongoing research study exploring how shame shapes women’s desire and the relational dynamics that influence how we live, love, and lead. Chantelle is the founder of Phoenix, author of Phoenix Rising, and co-author of Connect Lead Succeed.
My story
After losing everything in my early thirties and rebuilding my life from the ground up while raising my son as a single mother, I became obsessed with a question: what would I want if I weren't ashamed of wanting it? I had spent years saying yes when I meant no, choosing what felt acceptable over what felt true, and silencing parts of myself long before I realised I was doing it. That journey sparked a decades-long inquiry into human behaviour, shame, desire, and what it really takes to live with integrity. Today my work explores the hidden forces that shape the way we live, love, and lead. Through speaking, coaching, research, and the Phoenix DeShame Project, I combine lived experience, behavioural insight, and practical tools to help women stop procrastinating on the lives they actually want and start leading from a place of courage and relational integrity.
