Talks
No Suit Required
This is the talk that turns leadership from something people put up with into something people go all-in for. Audiences don't leave with more motivation posters — they leave with a real, repeatable way to earn effort instead of demanding it. In a world where a paycheck buys attendance and nothing more — especially with the younger generations now filling your teams — giving a damn isn't a given. It has to be earned. Teams led this way don't just perform. They believe, and they bring their best work without being asked twice. Based on the book of the same name.
Purpose-Driven Management
People don't need purpose invented for them: they already have it. This workshop gives managers a practical method for uncovering what actually motivates someone — starting as early as the interview or onboarding and reinforced in every weekly one-on-one after that — plus a structure for connecting that personal motivation directly to your team's goals and mission. What you'll walk away with: • Motivation that isn't tied to salary or external rewards • A real understanding of how Gen Z actually works • Small shifts in language that create outsized results • Deeper connection with your team, without wasting time • Stronger retention Tools you'll practice: • Identifying personal and organizational meaning-values • Shaping work plans and tasks around those values • Building shared vocabulary and messaging for the team • Reading employee body language as real-time feedback Managers often face the same objections from employees, over and over. More often than not, those objections aren't really about the decision or the task — they're about how it was communicated. A different choice of words and tone in one-on-ones, meetings, and team conversations can turn a frustrated employee already job-hunting into one who's genuinely motivated.
Authentic Storytelling
The new world demands new skills, especially when it comes to delivering a message. Knowing when to tell a story, which story, and how to tell it has become essential for every manager. This session focuses on the part of business storytelling almost nobody talks about: the message. Long-form storytelling workshops often chase literary craft. This one is built to deliver a sharp, clear, persuasive message that actually moves people to act. What you'll walk away with: • Stronger interpersonal communication • Rallying teams around shared motivation and vision • Building agreement the "soft" way, with less conflict • A real sense of belonging • High-impact self-expression Tools you'll practice: • Telling a short story with a precise message • Making people want to listen, easily • Making sure your core message actually lands • What to do when disagreement shows up
The Results Triangle
Every manager has to manage the KPIs of the team they're responsible for. But knowing how to actually improve them, or fix a slump, takes more than good intentions. It takes a practical model for focusing your attention on the right thing. This workshop is built around a simple model with three points. For an employee or team to perform effectively, all three have to function at a high level. Through real case studies, you'll learn to diagnose, in real time, which point is the weak link on your team — plus practical tools for the situations that show up day to day. What you'll walk away with: • Less frustration and turnover among your best people • Faster identification of drops in effectiveness • Early prevention of declining satisfaction • Confidence even when results dip • Practical tools for improving effectiveness Tools you'll practice: • A diagnostic model for a team or employee whose effectiveness is slipping • How to sharpen employee focus • How to keep an employee's learning process healthy • How to upgrade a team's energy A drop in effectiveness can come from countless causes — and often, as managers, we can't fix the root cause directly. So it's usually more useful to identify which point of the triangle the problem sits on, and give the employee tools to strengthen that point specifically. In most cases, that alone improves effectiveness.

About
Gal Tzhayek is an entrepreneur, keynote speaker, and author of No Suit Required. He treats building, managing, leading, and speaking as one continuous loop, not separate things. Over the past 12 years he has delivered more than 1,000 talks and written a book that has sold thousands of copies, all while founding and running companies that led their industries, generated over $25M in revenue, served tens of thousands of customers, and included a seven-figure exit. The businesses keep his talks honest, grounded in the actual problems managers deal with day to day. The stages return the favor: the best teams he meets while speaking hand him lessons he carries straight back into his own companies. His message is simple: a paycheck buys attendance, nothing more. Especially for the younger generations now filling your teams, giving a damn has to be earned. While managers relying on old practices keep complaining, the ones practicing authentic leadership get the best people the workforce has ever seen.
My story
My love for technology led me to study engineering, until one seemingly obvious realization changed my career and my life: the most amazing technology is built by amazing people. I realized that if I wanted to build extraordinary things, I had to lead, inspire, and empower the people who build them. So I made a sharp turn and studied psychology instead. Still, most of what I know about psychology, leadership, and management wasn't learned in a classroom. I learned it in the field, working closely with exceptionally talented people on ambitious, shared missions. Over the past 12 years, I've written a book and delivered more than 1,000 talks. At the same time, I founded and led companies that became leaders in their industries, generated more than $30 million in revenue, served tens of thousands of customers, and ultimately led to a seven-figure exit.
